Ordered a few items that came to £50 I was then greeted with a letter to say I had to pay £47.69 on duty tax for delivery from Fedex! At no point did I realise this...tried to contact Yoins to say I didn’t no were they stated this when I purchased my items but got no reply! Was send a letter from credit control demanding payment! No reply from Yoins to say that maybe I misread when purchasing and it was stated somewhere absolutely disgusted they couldn’t reply to me! Also was sent 3 of the same dress however only paid for one which shows how unprofessional this company is!
