I'm a satisfied customer and like your products and for the most part I have had good success with them. My only issue is that i have had to have my mavic air repaired twice due to sensor issues and although the repair experience went smoothly and quickly I'm disappointed that i have had several problems with the mavic air. I also own a mavic 2 pro and as of now it has worked flawlessly. I recently purchased an osmo 3 but havent recieved it yet so i dont have a review for that yet.
