Unprofessional, rude , action must be taken!
Mrs Fabienne Müller who is responsible for online delivery in Switzerland is very rude and unfriendly, super unprofessional and yells on the phone! She gave me wrong information and then accuses me of understanding wrong and screams! What a horrible experience! prompt action on behalf of your company should be taken for this unfortunate customer handling I hope anyone responsible for customer service experience contacts me personally!
