I have written a review before about these crooks at EXPLORE TRIP. They simply refused to refund my 2 tickets even tho ICELAND AIR clearly instructed them to refund in full . They are so shameless , that they posted a comment on my review that states their main objective is customer satisfaction. They have tried to scam me out of more money and charge me hundreds of extra dollars when I contacted them for the refund. The last scumbag was JOHNSON who wanted to deduct an additional 100 $ as processing fee ! I spent countless hours and no result . Avoid these scammers at all cost !!! They are bad people . I am now reporting them to Better Business Bureau, Amex and all possible online platform !
