My experience with Self Storage is going downhill!
I switched to a 5' x 10' storage unit on Saturday after having given the manager several weeks notice I wanted to move to a smaller unit. She told me to go ahead and move and told me which unit to move into. When I asked to pay for the next month she said I couldn't as she still had to get approval for me to move from the head office(?). Why that couldn't have been done when I first asked for the change I dont know. Today I received a call from a different employee stating the previous manager is no longer there. This evening when I went by to drop something off at the storage I found my entry code was deleted and now I cannot get in.
