Ordered 2 items, was delivered to Europe in about 10 days. 1 item was sadly too small. Contacted Rosegal and requested an exchange for a larger one. After the initial automated responses, an agent replied adequately. Item wasn't available anymore, so Rosegal refunded me fully for the shirt without needing me to return the item. No complaints about service.
