I’d give it 5 stars except…
It’s a great sofa and very comfortable mattress. I’d give it 5 stars except for the defect in the top seam of one of the back cushions. Rather than send a replacement cover, their proposed solution was to offer a $100 discount on a future purchase. Unfortunately that doesn’t solve the problem.
