Terrible Product and Even Worse Customer Service
I purchased a Boox device hoping for a premium e-reader and productivity tool. Unfortunately, the product fell far short of expectations. Basic tasks like running two apps simultaneously caused constant crashes, making it completely unsuitable for my needs. When I requested a return within their stated policy, the experience became even worse. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, I finally sent the product back with tracked delivery, which was confirmed as received by Boox two weeks ago. Yet, they have still not refunded my money. To make matters worse, my PayPal dispute was closed in their favour, leaving me out of pocket with no product. Boox has ignored my follow-ups, and their customer service is shockingly slow and dismissive. Avoid this company at all costs. The product quality doesn’t match the price, and their return/refund process is a nightmare.
