I purchased a Ulefone Armour 3 from Winn-Tech on Amazon about 4 months ago and the screen cracked across the top about a month ago. This phone was advertised as having a super tough screen but I drop it about 2 feet onto the soft floor of my truck and this happened. I have had the Casio GzOne and it's fell from much higher than than that onto concrete and never had a scratch. I have been trying to get Winn-Tech to warranty this with no luck at all. They want me to send them $35 for the new screen plus cover the cost of having it put in. Of course they have offered to fix it if I send it to them but the cost if doing that also comes out of my pocket. And this is my business phone do I can not be without it. Pretty lousy warranty if you ask me and the customer service at Winn-Tech reflects very poorly on Ulefone.
