Ulefone Armor 5. Chinese crooks
Ulefone Armor 5. Bought from Banggood Aug 2018. Developed an unresponsive screen intermittent fault in July 2019 that is bad enough to render it unworkable (it works fine then stops working for hours). Up till then I absolutely loved the phone and I’m gutted it’s now basically useless. Banggood offered £55.00 as a part refund (phone cost £150.00). I reluctantly agreed to accept as they wouldn’t honour a basic 1-year warranty and send a replacement, and they said the money would be in my PayPal account in “72 hours”. That was 10 days ago and still nothing. Ulefone are even worse than Banggood and haven’t replied to any emails. Both companies are Chinese crooks, I’m afraid
