Great customer service.
I called the telephone # to talk to a representive to ask if the rug I wanted to order was in stock. When I looked it up online, it couldn't find the rug so the representative was helpful in telling me it was in stock. She was helpful also as she helped me identify the color better. I am 81 years old and not very computer literate so I am grateful to be able to call and talk personally to someone. Thank you!!
