Too warm on maximum heat just perfect on all other settings
This device it feel so good on the right setting .the heat on red is way to strong for the moment but at blue there is nothing better then the comfort and repair to your ankles .Red light therapy is such a good way to get your body moving again the way you wanted all along . My only concern with the device is how to clean it after a few uses . But it looks stylish and comfortable it does a wonderful job with massaging and relaxing your feet and repairs deep tissue! Order came surprisingly fast and I can't be more happy with it
