Product is average at best... For me and what I needed done.
Although the product is very good, it was extremely slow and for some reason it was stuck in a loop while scanning my external drive at 5:10-5:14 in time remaining. On top of that, It did get a majority of the files, it definitely corrupted quite a handful of them too. It was ok for a good while but somehow or another, my external drive is now useless because all of the sectors are now damaged and there is really no way to get them repaired because the product can't jump around them AND no other product can even recognize the drive to even TRY to repair it. So yea, That's the end of that. Great people to work with though!!
