Cannot delete file or close account
I used Paperpal to check an academic manuscript. many of the suggestions were either unhelpful or incorrect, and overall it did not significantly improve the text. More concerning is the lack of control over uploaded documents. After uploading my manuscript, I discovered there is no clear way to delete the file from the system. I also could not find a way to properly close or delete my account. For researchers working with unpublished academic work, this is a serious issue.
