GREAT customer service, too!
This litter box is fantastic! The unit is very quiet. The operation is easy, and -- most importantly -- you can clean it easily. I had a Litter Robot, probably the first version. It was incredibly difficult to keep clean, and the cats hated the enclosed area. The Oneisall is open-top, so my cat used it easily. A really great thing? Their customer service. Really, if you have a problem, just email them. They are responsive and attentive. I would buy something else from them, they are so good. They stand behind their products.
