Overall good experience
Communication was very good - there was an initial delay in the order, but when I queried them on the status they replied very quickly to let me know that the item hadn't shipped because it was still being crafted (the item was a hand-carved wooden statue so that is plausible). It took a little while to arrive but quite acceptable, the order tracking allowed me to see its journey all through the initial domestic route in China and I was not expecting Amazon-like instant delivery regardless. The item when it arrived was undamaged and accurate to what was promised on the site. I initially hesitated to buy from this store as there wasn't a huge amount of third-party verification of legitimacy, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
