15 days and not been shipped
I ordered on 3/12/24. Still waiting for it to be shipped. The website states "Upon receipt of your order, we will process and arrange for shipment as soon as possible.Order processing time is approximately: 1 - 3 business days, depending on the number of items in stock and the time frame for restocking" I got in touch with their customer service to find out when I can expect it to be shipped and the reply I got was "Thank you for your order. Your order has not been sent yet. Since our products are all customized and produced by our factory, a little production cycle is required." No indication as to when it might be shipped at all so no idea when to get nervous this is not a real company. I don't think I will buy from them again.
