We are nor happy!
Hi so first of all my best friend and me have been buying from this side for years and where realy happy with the costumes we did get. But our latest purchase was a mistake. She did buy a Costume with very Good reviews for 70€. The Pictures where very promising, so she bought it. It arrived a few days ago and we found some big Mistakes. The Tunik she got had 2 pieces of Ribbon at the Chest and they didnt place the holes for the Ribbon right? They had drawn it in perfecktly correct, they had just put the hole underneath the drawn in Point for it and it was clearly visibel on the Cosplay since it is on the Chest you cannot say okay it is fine cause no one will see it. It will be seen! Also the belt was a disapointment the fabric was nice but the closing part of it wasn't straight and looked rly off. It also looks like it would go right out of the holding Part of it so it could just fall appart. Also the Gloves didn't look right. So she tried to ask for refund cause she was really unhappy with all this what is totaly understandable. But first the company wanted to give her back 5 € from 70? That is not right! So she kept talking to them. They offered a new tunik and a new belt, but she wanted her money back after a bit she did get the chance to send it back with money refund. But they would not refund the shipping that was 25€ not even half of it and on top of that she would have to pay the shipping of the costume back to them wich means she woulf maybe get a few € of refund with sending it back. This is not realy friendly. As mentiont before we did buy alot from them it is not like we would buy this one thing and never would buy again. As a good customer support it would be normal to take back the costume without all of this chaos at first. We were super happy with everything until that happend and now we won't buy from them again.
