Garbage company
Wish I could give them 0 stars.. Bought a chain that cost over $5k - less than 1 month later, 5 stones have fallen out after very little wear - I babied this chain, barely worn it in the month after getting it, and their response was to refund me $300 and promised to send replacement stones - almost 3 months later and now they will not respond to my emails, they have never sent the replacement stones, and I could not possibly be more disappointed. Totally shocked, as I've made multiple purchases from them and never had any issues. Buyer beware 1000%
