These people are a bunch of crooks and muggers. They have not provided an invoice until now, PLUS , they've stated "If you need invoice for VAT refund, please contact us within the month you place order." but after our request of VAT refund, this was their answer: Since the K1 is shipped from China, we cannot refund you the VAT, hope you can understand. Simply, a crook business.
