Garbage customer service. I bought the software to enhance old television footage but the results were awful. The faces were distorted in a nightmare level. I contacted the customer service for a refund on the same day but they started to ask for more videos and more info just to deny my request. They simply won’t honor their 30 days refund policy. The software is garbage and doesn’t compare to Topaz Labs. This is a company of dishonest scammers. UPDATE 1 Company still refuses to issue the refund even after sending the video proving that their software doesn't work as advertised. I have contacted my credit card operator to cancel the transaction.
