Very Good Communication. Be Patient
I was worried about ordering from Litfad after reading the reviews but I read between the lines and took a chance. I'm very glad I did. The product took ages to arrive but it was really good and very unique so worth the wait. I couldn't get the same style here. Communication with the company was by email and was very good. The product was true to size and as described. It was flat packed (so you or someone needs to be handy) and although solid wood, it was quite pale and needed staining. Also, I don't like the way the screws are visible. It would be better if they provided wood covers for them. However, I would order from them again. Thank you for a brilliant unit!
