Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service from Agoda. I booked accommodation for 5 adults and 6 children, but my confirmation incorrectly listed only 6 adults. Despite providing screenshots and following up repeatedly, Agoda failed to resolve the issue or offer meaningful assistance, leaving me with significant additional costs. Instead of taking responsibility, Agoda blamed its booking partner. After several attempts to seek help, I received neither a proper resolution nor an adequate response. I strongly advise others to avoid Agoda due to its lack of accountability and customer support.
