Extremely Misleading Product & Poor Customer Service
I ordered a dress from Arts Wardrobe expecting a luxurious gown with 3D floral appliqués and a dramatic skeleton design, as advertised on their website. What I received was shockingly different—a cheaply made dress with a flat printed pattern, poor-quality material, loose threads, and faded colors. It looked more like a basic costume than the elegant piece shown online. When I contacted customer service, the experience was equally disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly offered small discount coupons (10%, then 20%, then 30%) and suggested I keep the item or give it to friends. They refused to provide a prepaid return label and insisted that I pay international shipping to return the item to China, despite the fact that the product was clearly misrepresented. This is a textbook case of misleading advertising. I will never purchase from this site again and strongly advise others to avoid it. If you value quality and honesty, look elsewhere.
