Lectric shipping needs major improvements
Placed my order for a XP4 750. I received confirmation and tracking info from Lectric and Shop app. Info was inaccurate. I was emailed a date and time for delivery and never received my e-bike. When calling Lectric customer service 9 days later I found out the e-bike was never shipped.
