Disappointed By Rail Ninja
Myself and a friend booked 1st class rail tickets from Sydney to Melbourne for a special occasion using Rail Ninja 8 months in advance. 2 days before departure Rail Ninja cancelled our reservation as they hadn’t heard from us. The stress and anxiety this caused us in the middle of our trip was unnecessary. When finally able to get in contact with Rail Ninja they rebooked the reservation but only economy was available spoiling the special occasion. Rail Ninja did refund the difference between the tickets but excepted no responsibility for making the decision to cancel the reservation. Customer services were not helpful at all. I will not use Rail Ninja again or recommend them to others.
