I ordered my mavic air combo pack on 9/21 and am still waiting for delivery. When I emailed them I got an immediate response that it was going to ship on 10/5. On 10/5 I got an email saying that shipping is delayed. They have my money and I have no drone. At this rate I'll get my credit card statement before I get my drone. They did offer me a $10 dji credit. Has anyone else been given this run around? I've read reviews from customers who say that they received their products in a timely manner, am I the only one who is having this problem?
