Excellent customer service from HexClad. I had an issue with one of my pans and Refaat was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was clear, friendly and professional, and my replacement was approved quickly with no unnecessary hassle. Really impressed with how smoothly everything was handled and how easy HexClad made the warranty process. A big thank you to Refaat in particular for the excellent support.
