Great driver, terrible everything else.
The Good: Driver was great. Very professional and friendly. The Bad: Terrible communication after I booked and paid for the bus. Itenenary asked for and submitted multiple times. Even then bus driver was expecting us an hour earlier to board than the itenerary stated. Bus was poor. At least 5 broken seats that only reclined completely pass the stop point making them unusable. For what I paid very disappointed. Will not use this company in the future.
