Trainpal is very bad
Trainpal is very bad. I have a review on their other page which appears to be full of false AI generated 5 star reviews. The experiences are this page are more accurate. My experience mirrors everyone else's on here. Mis-priced ticket followed by about 50 nonsensical responses that contradict each other. Eventually just made a charge back with my credit card company.
