Terrible new webstore, awful shipping times
The new webstore is an absolute nightmare to navigate. There was nothing wrong with the old one, they just decided to redesign and broke it. ever heard of if it aint broke don't fix it? Also the shipping is getting ridiculous. Used to be a week which was slow but now, when ordering items that are fully in stock. It's telling me 12 days is the standard. In this day and age there is no excuse for this, especially when most independant stores can get it to you next day or the day after. Why is a multi-million £ company being outperformed by independants? But of course some items are exclusive to the webstore so you have to get it from GW directly. It's an absolute shambles is what it is, and the corporate bigwigs should be ashamed.
