After writing my previous review stating my experience was shocking through some underwear I ordered and had a battle with their customer service about it being WAY too small and giving up because I was getting nowhere, I have now received an email asking me to MODEL THE UNDERWEAR AND SEND THEM PICS FOR POINTS FOR MY NEXT ORDER?! WHAT?! What kind of website are you?!
Bought a handful of tops and some underwear from here, all medium. Tried on all the tops and couldn’t believe my luck that they all fit amazingly and were so nice. Tried on one set of underwear which fit. Tried on the other set however and couldn’t even get it past my knees. Checked the size chart which said medium hips were 99cm, the underwear I was sent was 58cm but apparently according to the customer service, that’s normal ‘medium’ sizing and I’m not allowed a refund because it’s unhygienic as it’s underwear even though I couldn’t actually get them on in the first place. Thanks for wasting my money 👌🏻 First and last time I shop with you.
