I was a little concerned when the Windows 10 Pro I purchased installed as a Windows Home version, then the activation code did not work either. Customer service was able to easily remedy this and I now have a great product for a great price. The only reason I am dropping a star is the instructions could have included that information from the start. But all in all a good purchase. I will buy again!
