Skaffs stood by their product and replaced my mom's 5 year old carpet. I am so grateful to David Smith and his staff for their professionalism and integrity in honoring the guarantee on their carpet. The installation team of Taylor, Dylan, and Jim, was smooth and efficient. Thank you so much!
