THANK YOU FOR THE REVIEWS.....NOW I KNOW!!! I had to cancel an order placed on 17th Sept 2019 and it was to be delivered between 30th-5th October 2019. unfortunately it wasn't and the same time no one communicated, i did a live chat only to be told there are issues at CHINA my order will be shipped within 48hrs i gave it time but on asking for the third time the same story.....actually the customer care just COPY PASTE their replies and at the same time they don't value customers because if they do they should communicate. Then they are full of lies i don't seem to understand why you need to tell a customer 48hours and yet it's not done. 1. Poor Customer services 2. Dishonesty 3. NO Communication to the customers 4. the Co. can't give solutions to customers So before you COPY PASTE that message on this review have seen you put on every review just work on yourselves. IT'S A NEVER FOR ME
