SIMBA is DISHONEST
SIMBA is DISHONEST. There were no WORKING channel to connect to their support team to resolve issues. Dishonest billing issues. I topup SGD90 and all of a sudden my SIMBA wallet just disappeared. SGD90 just disappeared within less than a month when I am on the SGD10 monthly plan. Hope they could reinstate back the missing SGD90.
