Listen to the other reviews - intentionally difficult returns and long delivery slots
Ordered a dress on 19 May for a wedding on 7 June. Although shipping was advertised as around 7 days, it wasn't even dispatched until 22 May and didn't arrive until 1 June. The dress wasn’t listed as a ‘back order item’ and no where in the emails I received did it refer to this, I know in response to other reviews they’ve used this as an excuse for slow delivery. The dress was see-through, so I contacted customer service immediately to arrange a return. The returns process felt deliberately difficult – I had to send photos and order details before they'd even provide return instructions. Instead of processing a return, they repeatedly offered partial refunds (30%, then 50%) to keep the item, which made it feel like they were trying to avoid issuing a full refund. I returned the dress on 9 June and was told my refund would be processed within 5–10 working days of receiving it. That deadline came and went with no refund, and I had to chase them for my money. Poor quality, misleading shipping times, and an unnecessarily complicated returns process. Avoid.
