Advice to all customers of this company. If you want your money back because the shoes haven't arrived, go through the PayPal Buyer Protection scheme, or your credit card's chargeback scheme. I went through PayPal after I'd had no reply to my emails to Uin, I suddenly got immediate responses and a very quick refund!
