Accuses you of lying
I ordered from Miccostume directly, but had received the product from their Amazon stock since they also sell on Amazon. When I opened the package, I received a clearly used product that had been worn, returned back to Amazon, and then had been shipped out to me when I ordered the same product. The costume has notable sweat stains. When I tried to communicate with Miccostumes for a replacement or half my money back, they told me the costume was not used but new and it was dust and could be spot treated. How could dust get into a sealed product if it's "new?" Last time I checked, dust does not leave a yellow residue. They also only wanted to offer me $5 for a used product. I escalated the case to PayPal.
