This company is the worst ever
This company is the worst ever. No one should book through this company. I had flight cancelation in March 2020 and since then the havent refunded my money. They been lying to me all this time. First they said that the airline didnt process refunds. Then they said the airline started processing but because it took too much time they had to resend my request again which will take more time. Then they said that it will take even more time. Then in October they agree that they will refund my money but they will have to keep processing fee and that they will send check. Then in December they said that they wrote the check in a different currency and that they will have to rewrite it. Its February now and i still havent received my money. When i call now i see they even changed their company name. This is the worst company ever. I had enough.. i will go through my bank to extract my money from their account as well as ill go after them legally. This is crazy. Dont know how they are in business.
