No choice I have to at least click at 1 star to rate and give my review about Viewqwest services. Given a choice and in my opinion, they probably don't even deserve a star. I have been with Viewqwest for at least the past 6 or 7 years. For a start, they are extremely good with almost dedicated bandwidth feeling to me but throughout the following years', things turn southward. Probably due to more and more users getting on board to Viewqwest and they are not increasing their infrastructure setup proportionally to maintain the same service speed that I used to enjoy. Though in my last renewal, I have optioned for a lower fee scheme with the same bandwidth but I do still experience deteriorating internet accessing speed. I bet till this contract ends I would definitely do a switch to another ISP. So long Viewqwest and thank you for not being appreciative of your existing customer.
