Customer service absent, order never shipped, money already taken, no purchased invoice
I tried to contact the service to ask about my shipment for order KUGOO42742018EU. Confirmed May 6 , money already taken from me , no purchased invoice, and even now the tracking has not started. I never received a response or a solution and unfortunately for the hurry to buy a gift I chose this site, I noticed that other people also had the same problem. I am really upset and worried about the gift as well as it is a bad impression for the site itself. When I purchase the kukirin scooter no purchased invoice was sent! Totally mess. I need a solution!
