Brilliant customer service from Lukas and Annie at Alunotec. Looks like a great product and can't wait to have it installed. Some hiccups with payment due to me not using Alipay and Alibaba taking a long time to recognise and credit the payment to the Alunotec so I recommend using Alipay only or pay the company directly via swift transfer. Shipping agent (Across The Ocean) used which is an Australian company has poor customer service, and wouldn't use a crane truck or even talk to local crane truck companies so I had to pay extra to have it delivered to site by a crane truck company. Told me it would be delivered one day and I organised this with the crane company only to be told on the day that they made a mistake and that was when it was getting collected from the port. None of this is a reflection of Alunotec who were highly professional, but it affects my experience and I hope Alunotec considers using a different shipping agent in the future. Happy to update my review once the pergola is installed.
