Poor customer service, and they actively try to reject returns! Here is an excerpt from their message: "We would like to inquire about the condition of the goods: Have you already unpacked the product or opened the seal? If the item has already been opened, we can unfortunately no longer resell it as new and therefore may not be able to accept a return." The product itself is terrible – it has absolutely no suction power! Everything here is answered by AI, and to top it off, they even accidentally sent the Chinese prompt along with it. A total failure from start to finish. F minus!
