Next-Day Delivery Is a Hoax – Poor Service and No Follow-Up
I am very disappointed with Shopee’s service. Their “next-day delivery” promise is a complete hoax — my item was not delivered even after three days. I had to request a refund, and even that process took time with no clear updates. Shopee also failed to resolve the issue within their own stated timeline. I tried contacting their customer service several times, but there was no proper reply or follow-up from their agents despite my repeated messages. Overall, this experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. Shopee seriously needs to improve its delivery reliability and customer service responsiveness.
