We are from Pune (India). We are having a F3015 1kw laser cutting machine purchased from Bodor On January 2019.Last month (14 September ) our machine's sensor card is damaged(At the very first day Berlin's Engineer find out and informed about this issue to domestic Bodor'S service team) . Bodor's domestic service team took 6 days to conclude that card is failure. After that I received a card after 40 days (23October).Approximately 1.5 months machine break down due to Bodor's poor service. We are giving Seven Stars to the engineer from Bodor named Mr: Li Long. He tried & help us a lot ..we are really thankful to him..
