Great phone but terrible support
I have been using a Mate 20 Pro since May 2019 and although it is a great phone I have still not received any software updates, including any security patches ( as of 26 Oct 2019). I have contacted Huawei support numerous times about this but have have yet to receive a single reply. My conclusion: Great phone, shame about the support.
