I ordered a pair of sterling silver earrings and sadly some of the rhodium plating rubbed off. I reached out to punkyouth and they got back to be VERY quickly apologizing for the inconvenience and helped me understand that they aren’t suppose to get wet or have any chemicals or lotions on them. They also sent out a free pair to replace them immediately which was incredibly kind of them! So I will be making sure I take the best care of them I can. I will be purchasing from them again!
