Lack of transparency & slow support
UPDATE later on the same day (changed from 1* to 3*) I don't know whether this review is to thank, but I was finally contacted back by their support and given official info on the delivery status and estimates (roughly a month to go). Personally I'm in no rush and I don't mind the wait, but the lack of transparency and communication was unnecessarily stressful and wasted a lot of time. ------- Seems there's multiple people in a similar situation. Ordered the QIDI Q2 Combo (which arrived very quickly), but the "Combo" part (a €150 "QIDI Box") is missing and there is NO info/status about it on the order page. Also, support is non-responsive for 3 days, both email and "chat" at the time of this writing. The only somewhat helpful info that I've gotten was on their DISCORD (!) where a USER (!) commented that QIDI Boxes are in large backlog and are often delivered 2-3 months later. While this is at least somewhat... "comforting", the total lack of transparency and complete radio-silence from support for days, while still hoping that everything ends ok in the end deserves nothing more than 1 star. I hope to report back later with a more positive review. Order #QD22366EU
