DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
UPDATE They are refusing to give me a refund stating that the item has already been shipped and they can't cancel the order now. They have told me to be patient!!!! What can I say that hasn't already been said? I ordered a bag from their advert on FB (big mistake) on 24th May. I kept getting updates on the transit of the item however it seems that it has now been sitting in Manchester M25 1DT which I have tracked down as Parcelforce, since 20 June. I have chased constantly and keep getting weak excuses. I was given a tracking number but when I put this into Parcelforce website, it came up as "not recognised" I have now asked for a full refund and if I don't get one, I will turn to my bank for assistance. Also the bag is advertised as leather but I have read that it isn't the case. In addition, the total cost was £19.99 + postage, however they charged me an additional £5. When I queried this, they did refund the "error" but people need to be aware of this.
